Tuesday
6:00-6:45am Mornings With Melissa $97/6 Week Session - Class held at the 73 Tribute location. A gentle yoga class to start your day energized and refreshed. Stretching & breathing deeply along with elements of strength & conditioning. Lots of modification offerings for those shoulders, wrists and hips that may not have the range of motion they used to.
Tappy Tuesdays 12:00-12;45p $117/6 Week Session: A beginner class for senior adults - although we won't card you. The class will be geared to the ability in the room, with lots of modifications for students to excel. Learn to shuffle or buffalo, or continue working on your tap technique. We will learn a dance over the course of the 6 weeks.
Wednesday
7:00-7:45pm Adult Tap - $117/6 Week Session- A multi-level class for adults of all ages. Learn to
shuffle off to buffalo, or continue working on their tap technique. Modifications will be available for more advanced dancers. **All of your dance attire needs are available through PRIMA, our in house dance boutique.
- 7:45-8:30 Lyrical/Jazz: $117/6 Week Session-
This class will include a warm-up, stretching, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography that will be made into a dance. This is a great class for dancers who want to express deeper emotion through movement
Tan jazz shoe available through PRIMA and comfortable clothing are needed.
I love this dance studio! I started taking adult tap at the Dancing House, and I didn’t have any tap experience prior to the classes. Thursday
12:00-12:45p Senior Stretch & Strength - $97/6 Week Session -Join us for a gentle yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen your body using your own body weight. You’ll leave feeling refreshed with a blend of deep stretching, mindful breathing, and strength conditioning. We offer plenty of modifications to accommodate shoulders, wrists, and hips that may have a reduced range of motion. Just bring comfortable clothing, your own yoga mat, and a block! Geared for 60+, but we won't card you.
Friday
11:30-12:15p Ballet Barre $117/6 Week Session- A beginner ballet class for our sensational seniors ages 60+,
although we won't card you. We'll go through a classical ballet barre that will leave you feeling light and beautiful. Comfortable clothing. Pink ballet shoes.
