Whether you're a seasoned B-boy or B-girl, a street dance enthusiast, or just curious about this electrifying culture, this is your chance to experience breaking up close and personal!

What is a Breaking Jam Like?

A breaking jam isn’t just a dance competition—it’s a high-energy cultural experience that combines athleticism, creativity, and community. Imagine this:

🎶 The beat drops. The DJ spins tracks that pulse through the room, setting the stage for an intense battle.
🌀 Dancers hit the floor. Power moves, footwork, freezes, and explosive flips take center stage as breakers face off in one-on-one battles.
🔥 The crowd erupts. Spectators cheer, chant, and vibe with the music, fueling the dancers to bring their best.
👀 Judges watch closely. Every move is analyzed for style, originality, and execution as competitors bring their unique flair to the cypher.

Bringing their expertise and passion to TDH Breaking Jam are two highly respected breakers, both members of the Timberwolves 1st Avenue Breakers:

Meet Victor A. Rodriguez - B- Boy 

Victor started breaking in 2008 in Puerto Rico, where his hobby quickly turned into a professional career. He has competed in national and international jams, starred in commercials, and performed on a major Latin TV show in Miami. Since moving to River Falls, WI, he has been competing across the Midwest and has been part of the Timberwolves’ 1st Avenue Breakers for six seasons.

Meet Xiomara Troche - B-Girl Chachara

Xiomara discovered her love for breaking in 2010, drawn to its freedom and athleticism. She has taught breaking to kids and adults in private studios and has been a three-time Midwest B-Girl Red Bull Cypher champion, proudly representing Puerto Rico and the Midwest in high-level competitions.

Together, Victor and Xiomara bring years of experience, passion, and expertise to this event, and they can’t wait to bring the breaking community to Hudson!
